New Coastal Home

The house is a 3-story oceanside home, with a spacious back patio area to lounge, and an abundance of windows to view the beautiful cape oceanscape. The house will consist of a kitchen, living space, fireplaces, master bedrooms, and guest bedrooms for visitors. We have partnered with our trusted architects and door/window providers to ensure the best product possible is delivered.

Since starting the foundation back in August, it has since been through a lot of progress and changes. Working closely with the client each step of the way, we ensure that revisions requested are put into place and are implemented.

With the basement cement recently completed, we are soon onto insulation and heating. We’ll check in again soon with more updates on this beautiful seaside residence!

When you visit the cape, you know you’re there. Aside from the obvious oceanside culture, you’ll notice the beauty of the architecture; rustic white-cedar shingles, walls decorated with buoys, and cozy back patios that view the Atlantic ocean. When we got the request to build a vacation home in Falmouth, we grabbed our tool boxes and hopped on deck.
